Let’s face it, the Diane Modahl Sports Foundation was always going to be a tough audience which included two Olympians and two international rugby players, an international rugby coach and basically a team driven by high performance. In other words, Malcolm and MMX Leisure would have to bring their ‘A Game’ to this leadership consultancy and that’s exactly what happened. Malcolm listened, understood and quickly became a critical ally.

The purpose for inviting Malcolm was to work with the Senior Leadership Team to focus on developing the principles of leadership, leadership strategies and how to empower the team to flourish within the organisation. Over 5 Masterclass Sessions we were consistently challenged to reflect, rethink and review our approach to a high performance culture through the lens of The Holistic Leader.

A track sprint specialist, I’ve seen Malcolm training at the Manchester Regional Arena, his positivity is infectious and his knowledge on The Holistic Leader even more so. His record of success within any organisation he has influenced inherits a legacy of ambition and success and DMSF is no different.
